American Internet Tech, LLC ("AIT," "we," "us," "our," or "cell.chat") operates https://cell.chat (the "Website") and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information, and the privacy rights available to you under United States state and federal law.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.


1. UNITED STATES ONLY

The Service is operated from the United States and is intended solely for residents of the United States. We do not direct the Service to, or knowingly collect information from, individuals located outside the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please do not use the Service. This Policy is written to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws.


2. SCOPE

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Website visitors;
  • Registered users;
  • Paying members;
  • Affiliate applicants; and
  • Individuals who communicate with us.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.


3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Information You Provide Directly

When you register or use the Service, we may collect:

  • Mobile phone number;
  • Date of birth and age-verification information;
  • Gender;
  • Sexual orientation;

Some of this information is treated as sensitive personal information under applicable state law (for example, sexual orientation and the contents of certain communications).

B. Payment Information

When you purchase credits or paid features, we (or our processors) collect your name, billing address, payment-method details, and transaction history. Payment card data is processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers.

C. Information Collected Automatically

We collect: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, usage data, log data, cookies and similar tracking technologies, and advertising identifiers.

D. Age-Verification Information

Where required by state law for adult-oriented content, we or our verification vendors may process information used to confirm that you are 18 or older. We retain only what is reasonably necessary and as permitted by law.


4. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use essential, analytics, and advertising cookies, as well as session and persistent cookies. You may control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function if cookies are disabled.

Universal Opt-Out / Global Privacy Control. Where required by state law, we recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals (such as the Global Privacy Control) as a valid request to opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information for the browser or device that sends the signal. Residents of certain states may also opt out of targeted advertising as described in Section 11.


5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

  • Create and display your profile;
  • Facilitate communications between users;
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • Verify age and eligibility where required;

We may use automated systems to recommend profiles, detect suspicious behavior, and moderate content. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you without human review.


6. ENTERTAINMENT & PROFILE DISCLOSURE

The Service may include moderated profiles, staff-operated accounts, and enhanced, AI-assisted, or fictionalized content presented for entertainment. These profiles may interact with users as part of the Service experience. Information you share in such interactions is processed as described in this Policy.


7. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information with:

  • Service Providers — payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, age-verification vendors, and customer-support vendors, acting on our behalf under contract.
  • Affiliates — our parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities.
  • Legal & Safety — law enforcement, regulators, and courts where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
  • Business Transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  • Advertising & Marketing Partners — we may share identifiers and usage data for targeted advertising, subject to your opt-out rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain sharing of identifiers and usage data for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state privacy laws, and you may opt out as described in Section 11.


8. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect sensitive personal information such as sexual orientation, relationship preferences, and the contents of profile communications. We use this information only to provide the Service and related functions, and we do not use or disclose it to infer characteristics about you beyond what is necessary to operate the Service. Where state law requires consent or a right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, we honor those rights (see Section 11).


9. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information while your account is active and as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods are based on the type of data, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. Inactive accounts may be deleted or anonymized after an extended period of inactivity, subject to legal requirements.


10. DATA SECURITY

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS/SSL encryption in transit, firewalls, access controls, and encrypted storage for sensitive data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.


11. YOUR U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Access or confirm whether we process your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information;
  • Obtain a portable copy of your personal information;

  • Not be discriminated or retaliated against for exercising your rights.
These rights are provided under state laws including, where applicable, those of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island, among others, as those laws take effect and apply.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA). In addition to the rights above, California residents may request to know the categories of personal information collected, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed, and the retention periods that apply.

How to Exercise Your Rights. Submit a request by emailing [email protected]. We will verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within the timeframe required by your state's law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."


12. DO NOT SELL OR SHARE / OPT OUT

To opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information or of targeted advertising (as those terms are defined by applicable state law), you may:

  • Enable a recognized browser opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control), which we honor where required by law.

13. MARKETING & TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

Email. You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting [email protected]. We comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act.

Text Messages. If you opt in to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Marketing text messages are sent only with your prior express written consent, and such consent is not a condition of any purchase. We maintain text message practices consistent with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).


14. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Service is strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will terminate the account and delete the information.


15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing any information.


16. AFFILIATE PROGRAM DATA

Affiliate applicants provide their name, contact information, and (if applicable) payment details. Affiliate data is used solely to administer the affiliate program, including payouts, reporting, and compliance.


17. AUTOMATED PROCESSING

We may use automated tools to detect fraud, moderate content, and suggest profiles. These tools do not produce legally binding or similarly significant decisions about you without human review.


18. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators as and when required by the data-breach notification laws of your state and other applicable U.S. law.


19. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain your consent before applying material changes.
